BeWell is a community-based well-being initiative (adapted from LiveWell Fergus Falls and rooted in the concepts of Positive Psychology). BeWell supports health through happiness and meaning through proven resiliency tools and aims for a community that flourishes by practicing positive emotion, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, and accomplishments.

This toolkit was developed to be used at home, work, school, faith-based communities, and/or social clubs.

When we incorporate evidence-based mental health resiliency tools (such as Kindness, Gratitude-3 Good Things and Letters, and Social Connections) into our daily lives, we will create resources of well-being that can be drawn upon when times are tough.
